アリは、寝ません。アリは寝るという概念がありません。アリは昼夜を問わず絶え間なく活動しています。
アリは、肺を持っていません。アリの体表には小さな通気孔があり、これを通じて酸素と空気が取り込まれます。その後、体内で酸素が細胞に供給され、二酸化炭素が体外に排出されます。
アリの歩幅は種によって一定しています。アリが歩く距離は、その種によって異ります。歩幅を知ることでアリの行動や巣までの距離を推定できます。
アリは自分の体重の50倍の物体を持ち上げて運べます。体重60㎏の人が3000トンの物体を持ち上げるのと同等です。
アリは触角を使って化学的な物質を分泌し、これをコミュニケーションに利用します。巣に戻ったアリは他のアリに触れてこの物質を伝え、エサの位置や危険の情報を共有します。
アリの巣は非常に効率的で機能的な構造を持っています。巣は通気孔や温度調整機構を備え、女王アリ、働きアリ、兵隊アリなどがそれぞれ特定のエリアで生活します。
アリは仕事分担が非常に優れています。例えば、兵隊アリは防衛に特化し、女王アリは卵を産みます。働きアリは餌を集めたり、巣を構築したりします。この分業制度により、効率的かつ効果的に生態系を維持しています。
鳥吉英伸 略歴：
東京大学大学院医学系研究科で博士課程を卒業し、医学博士および獣医師の資格を取得。さらに、アメリカ獣医師会および米国カリフォルニア州獣医師会のメンバーでもある。また、獣医科大学大学院で教鞭を執り、動物病院の院長も務めている。
彼はアメリカのフロリダ州シーワールド水族館やカリフォルニア州サンディエゴ動物園などで獣医師としての経験を積み、様々な動物種（哺乳類、鳥類、爬虫類、両生類、魚類、昆虫、無脊椎動物）の治療に携わってきました。その腕前は世界中で高く評価され、彼は二万もの動物種の治療に貢献しています。
彼はアメリカ獣医師会の「モデストマクリーン賞」を受賞し、これは日本人として初めての快挙です。彼はまさに珍しい獣医師、珍獣ドクターとしてその名を知られています。

Ants don't have lungs. They have small pores on their body surface through which oxygen and air are taken in. Oxygen is then supplied to cells, and carbon dioxide is expelled outside the body.
The stride length of ants is constant within a species. The walking distance of ants varies depending on the species. Knowing the stride length allows estimating the behavior of ants and the distance to their nest.
Ants can lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 times their body weight. It's equivalent to a person weighing 60 kg lifting a 3000-ton object.
Ants use their antennae to secrete chemical substances, utilizing them for communication. When ants return to the nest, they touch other ants, transmitting this substance to share information about food locations or potential dangers.
Ant nests have highly efficient and functional structures. Nests include ventilation holes and temperature regulation mechanisms, with queen ants, worker ants, and soldier ants living in specific areas.

He completed his doctoral program at the Graduate School of Medicine, the University of Tokyo, earning a Doctor of Medicine degree and obtaining a veterinarian license. Additionally, he is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the California Veterinary Medical Association. He also teaches at the Veterinary School Graduate School and serves as the director of an animal hospital. He has also experienced false accusations.
He has accumulated experience as a veterinarian at places like SeaWorld Aquarium in Florida and the San Diego Zoo in California, dealing with the treatment of various animal species, including mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, insects, and invertebrates. His skills are highly regarded worldwide, contributing to the treatment of a staggering twenty thousand species of animals.
He received the "Modest McLean
Award" from the American Veterinary Medical Association, marking the first
time for a Japanese individual to achieve this honor. He is truly a rare
veterinarian, known as the "Doctor of Rare Animals."
